W. Dennie Spry Stadium was built in 1996 for the Wake Forest men and women’s soccer teams. In April 2015, Wake Forest Athletics began a $1 million renovation project for the competition field. The Deacon Club approached ZVerse to create a product to thank donors for making the Spry Stadium renovations possible.
Using ZVerse LAYR, our content creation platform, we created a to-scale replica of the renovated Spry Stadium, which includes the updated field, team benches and fence line. While standard injection mold manufacturing would have taken months, our innovative 3D printing technology allowed us to produce and deliver the replicas within weeks of approval.
The Deacon Club was thrilled with the finished product and 20 W. Dennie Spry Stadium replicas were given to donors. ZVerse is the 3D printing solution for The Deacon Club and we would love to share our technology with you, too.
